OUR POLICIES

For Appointments 2-Hours or Longer (THIS INCLUDES SCRUBS)

ALL appointments 2-hours or longer (for either single or couples’ massages, or any scrub that has 30 minutes or longer of massage time after) must pay a 20% gratuity, which will be required as a down-payment at the time of booking. You are welcome to pay for the entire service (with the gratuity) at the time of booking if you prefer, but only the gratuity is required to book (payments can be card or cash). We will no longer be able to book appointments for 2-hours or longer without the pre-paid gratuity as a deposit. There are no exceptions to this. The deposit is non-refundable. We ask that you please respect our policy changes, as they are put in place out of respect and love for our massage therapists. Thank you!

For No-Shows, Cancellations/Reschedules with Less than 2 Hours Notice

If you do not come to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments (with a 20% gratuity). Any no-shows on pre-paid appointments are non-refundable and not able to be rescheduled.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute (less than 2 hours before the start time), you will be required to put a card on file for any future appointments. We will not charge you for your massage unless there is another no-show. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BY TEXTING MANGOMINT (our booking software) - YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT 262-613-9399 TO CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS.

If you have a subsequent no-show after your first no-show, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the massage (and you will not receive a credit).

If you have a subsequent last-minute cancellation after your first last-minute cancellation, you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments (with a 20% gratuity). Any no-shows on pre-paid appointments are non-refundable and not able to be rescheduled.

For Late Arrivals

If you arrive past the time scheduled for your appointment to begin, we reserve the right to shorten your massage so that it ends at the originally scheduled time. However, the cost will be prorated.

If you had requested a particular therapist at the time you booked your appointment, a late arrival may make it impossible for us to honor that request, and a different therapist may be substituted.

If you have a habit of arriving late to your appointment, you may no longer be permitted to select a specific therapist in advance out of respect for her schedule.

For Groups of 3 or More

In order to book appointments for 3 or more people, we will need payment in full with a 20% gratuity. Group appointments may be made either in person or by phone by calling 262-613-9399. If you need to reschedule or cancel a group appointment, you must do so at least 4 hours in advance to receive a refund.

For Holiday Weekends (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Sweetest Day)

For holiday weekends (Friday at 5:00PM through Sunday end-of-day) we require prepayment with 20% gratuity in order to reserve an appointment. You may call 262-613-9399 to pay by card over the phone, or you may stop by to pay in person. If you need to reschedule or cancel you must do so at least 4 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Rescheduling/Canceling Pre-Paid Appointments

YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BY TEXTING MANGOMINT (our booking software) - YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT 262-613-9399 TO CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS.
You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your pre-paid appointment, so long as you let us know more than 2 hours before the appointment start time. If you are canceling the appointment, you have the ability to get back to us and reschedule any pre-paid services up to three months after the original appointment was set. If you do not call us within 2 hours of the appointment start time to cancel or reschedule, or if you do not call to reschedule within three months of the canceled, pre-paid appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and you will not be refunded.

By Appointment Only

We are by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please call 262-613-9399 to schedule an appointment.

Float/Massage Combos

If you schedule a float and a massage for the same day, for our cleaning protocols, we require that you do your float appointment first, and then massage second. Both appointments will happen on the lower level of the Tri-City Bank, so you can check in downstairs. You will have a robe in the float room to wear between the float room and massage room.

Valuables
We recommend leaving expensive watches and jewelry at home because we are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. For your privacy, we do not have camera monitoring inside the massage rooms.
